Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Autobix AI LLC. We strive to deliver high-quality AI automation solutions and software services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

  1. Software Subscriptions (SaaS)
    For any recurring software subscriptions or platform access provided by Autobix AI LLC:
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing dashboard or by emailing support@autobixai.com.
  • Billing Cycle: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to the software until the end of that period.
  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Subscription fees paid for the current billing month or year are non-refundable.
  1. Custom AI Automation & Consulting Services
    For custom development, AI workflow setups, and consulting services outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice:
  • Setup Fees & Deposits: Any initial setup fees or project deposits are non-refundable once technical work, consulting, or onboarding has officially commenced.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed project milestones are final and non-refundable.
  • Project Cancellation: If you choose to terminate a custom project before completion, you will not be billed for future uncompleted milestones, but no refunds will be issued for work already executed or time already billed.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances
    If you believe there has been a billing error, or if a software product is completely undeliverable due to technical faults exclusively on our end, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund or account credit at our sole discretion.

  2. Chargebacks and Disputes
    We encourage all clients to reach out to our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or credit card provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and services.
