  1. Agreement to Terms
    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “User”, or “Client”) and Autobix AI LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://autobixai.com website as well as any other media form, software, or AI automation services related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Services”).

    Autobix AI LLC is registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. By accessing the site or utilizing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and Services and must discontinue use immediately.

  2. Scope of Services
    Autobix AI LLC provides AI automation solutions, software development, consulting, and SaaS subscriptions. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for custom AI projects will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or digital invoice provided to the client prior to the commencement of work.

  3. Intellectual Property Rights
    Unless otherwise indicated or stipulated in a custom project agreement, the Site, software, internal codebases, AI workflows, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by Autobix AI LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

    Upon full payment for custom consulting services, Clients may receive a license to use the delivered systems as outlined in their specific project agreement. However, Autobix AI LLC retains ownership of its proprietary backend software, templates, and pre-existing AI automation frameworks.

  4. User Representations and Acceptable Use
    By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
  • All registration and billing information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will not use the Site or our AI services for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purpose.
  • You will not use our automated systems to spam, harass, or violate the data privacy rights of third parties.
  • You will not attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or disrupt the security and functionality of the Site or our software infrastructure.
  1. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions
  • Payments: We accept payments via major credit cards and bank transfers processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
  • Subscriptions: If you are enrolled in a recurring SaaS or retainer subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Autobix AI LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or our AI automation services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

  3. Modifications and Interruptions
    We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site or these Terms at any time at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Site or Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
